Born and raised in the valley, I started my career as a landlord with the purchase of a 1957 trailer house when I was in high school. While attending Boise State University, I obtained my real estate license, sold the trailer, and bought a condominium to avoid paying rent. I understand the importance of home ownership at any age and have made a successful career working tirelessly for both buyers and sellers, always with their best interests in mind. New home buyers benefit from my passion and years of experience working with builders in new home communities. My dedication to home ownership aids first-time home buyers, as I carefully guide them through the process.
Sellers need attention too, and that is my motivation to stay on the leading edge of technology to successfully market their home and find them another. Family is an important component to success! My 84-year-old father still lives on his 80-acre farm, and my daughter, who lives just a few doors down, has joined me on many adventures from 50-mile backpacking trips and river rafting to ski trips at various resorts.
On weekends you might find me enjoying one of the many outdoor activities that the area has to offer. To help make outdoor opportunities available to more people, I volunteer for trail maintenance and have been involved in building back country yurts for those that prefer a glamping experience. No matter your participation, I believe the outdoor experience is as important as home ownership.
